Terms of Service
How ordering, payment, delivery, subscriptions, cancellations and complaints work. Plain language, no small print.
Version of 8 September 2026
The full business details (legal name, NIP, address) will be filled in once confirmed. For now the text uses working placeholders.
1. Who you are buying from
I am Anna Vaskov, and I sell flower bunches as a sole trader registered in Poland (Warszawa, Polska, NIP: to be confirmed). These Terms cover every order placed on https://flowerlover.club.
Write to me at info.flowerloverclub@gmail.com or on Instagram @flowerlover.club. I answer personally, usually the same day.
In these Terms, "you" means the person placing the order, "the bunch" means the product described in section 3, "cutoff" means Thursday 20:00 Warsaw time, and "subscription" means a plan with repeated deliveries and repeated payments.
2. What the site does and what you need
The site shows the offer, takes your order and sends you to a payment page hosted by Stripe. There is no account, no basket and no login.
To order you need a device with a modern browser and JavaScript enabled, an internet connection, an email address, a delivery address in Warsaw, a phone number I can reach on delivery day, and a payment method accepted at checkout.
You must be at least 18 to place an order. Do not enter unlawful, offensive or someone else’s confidential content in the delivery note or in messages to me.
These Terms are available in Ukrainian, Polish and English. If the versions differ, the Polish text applies.
3. The bunch
Each delivery is one flower bunch: 18–20 stems of seasonal and premium cut flowers, a sachet of flower food, a card and short care instructions. The stems arrive cleaned and in water, ready for your own vase. A vase is not included.
The mix changes every week and depends on what the wholesale market has on Friday. Photos and videos on the site and on Instagram show examples, not a promise of specific flowers, colours or varieties. If a premium stem is unavailable, I replace it with one of similar value.
The bunch is material for a bouquet you arrange yourself. It is not a finished arrangement.
4. Prices
| Plan | Deliveries | Price |
|---|---|---|
| One-off | One Saturday | 200 zł |
| Weekly subscription | Every Saturday | 180 zł per delivery |
| Every 2 weeks | Every second Saturday | 180 zł per delivery |
| Every 4 weeks | Every fourth Saturday | 180 zł per delivery |
All prices are final amounts in Polish złoty. I am exempt from VAT under art. 113 ust. 1 of the Polish VAT Act, so no VAT is added and none is shown separately. Delivery within Warsaw costs 0 zł.
The price shown at checkout when you pay is the price that applies. A promotional code entered at checkout lowers the price as described when you enter it. Price changes never affect an order you have already paid for; for subscriptions they apply only after the notice described in section 14.
5. Placing an order and when the contract is made
- Choose one-off or subscription and, for a subscription, how often you want the bunch.
- Press the order button. You land on a checkout page run by Stripe, where you enter your email, phone number, delivery address, a preferred Saturday delivery window and an optional note (intercom code, floor, gift message).
- Pay by card, BLIK, Przelewy24, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Subscriptions can be paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, because the payment repeats automatically.
- You see a confirmation page with the delivery Saturday, and Stripe emails you a payment confirmation.
The contract is concluded the moment your payment succeeds. With BLIK or Przelewy24 the bank may confirm a few minutes later; the order counts from that confirmation. If a payment fails or you leave the checkout, no order exists and nothing is charged.
The checkout accepts any address in Poland, but I deliver only within Warsaw. If your address is outside Warsaw, I contact you; if we cannot agree on a Warsaw address, I cancel the order and refund the full amount.
6. Cutoff and delivery date
Orders paid by Thursday 20:00 Warsaw time go out on the coming Saturday. Orders paid after the cutoff go out on the Saturday after that. The confirmation page shows the date.
There are no deliveries on Saturdays that are public holidays in Poland, and I may take a short break a few times a year. I announce breaks on the site and on Instagram in advance; a paid order that falls on a break moves to the next delivery Saturday unless you prefer a refund.
7. Delivery
I deliver myself, on Saturdays, within Warsaw, at no charge. At checkout you pick a window: morning (9–12), midday (12–16) or any time. On Friday I send you the planned hour, and on Saturday I write about an hour before I arrive.
If nobody answers and I cannot reach you by phone within about 15 minutes, I follow your delivery note: leave the bunch with a neighbour, at reception or in another spot you named. Without such a note I take the bunch with me and try again later on the same route; if that fails too, you can collect it from me the same day. Flowers cannot wait until the following week, so a bunch I could not hand over for reasons on your side counts as delivered and is not refunded.
Gift orders: enter the recipient’s name, address and phone number as the delivery details and tell me in the note that it is a gift. I sign the card as you ask and I do not reveal the price. You are responsible for letting the recipient know a delivery is coming.
If I cannot deliver on a given Saturday because of illness, severe weather or another event outside my control, I tell you by Friday evening and either deliver on the next Saturday or refund that delivery, whichever you prefer.
The bunch becomes yours, and the risk of damage passes to you, when it is handed to you, the recipient or the person or place you named in the note.
8. Subscription
A subscription is a series of deliveries with automatic payments. The first payment is taken at checkout; the next ones are charged by Stripe to the same payment method every 7, 14 or 28 days, depending on the plan, 180 zł each. There is no minimum term and no fee for stopping.
Each payment covers one delivery: the first Saturday whose cutoff comes after that payment. With the weekly plan that means a bunch every Saturday; with the other plans every second or every fourth Saturday.
To pause, stop, change the frequency or change the address, write to me by email or Instagram from the email address you used at checkout, by Thursday 20:00 before the delivery you want to affect. I confirm in writing. Stopping takes effect from that delivery; a payment already taken for a delivery that then does not happen is refunded in full.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails you. Until it succeeds there is no delivery. If the payment still fails after the retries, the subscription ends without any debt on your side.
I can end a subscription myself, for example when I stop the business or change the offer, with at least 14 days’ notice by email. Any payment taken for a delivery that will not happen is refunded.
9. Cancelling and the right of withdrawal
Cut flowers are goods that deteriorate quickly, so the 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract under art. 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act does not apply to the bunch (art. 38 ust. 1 pkt 4 of that Act). Once the flowers are bought for you, they cannot be resold.
Instead, I give you my own cancellation right: cancel any delivery until Thursday 20:00 before it, one-off or subscription, and I refund that delivery in full. Write to me by email or Instagram; a cancellation is effective when I confirm it, and I confirm the same day.
After the cutoff I have already bought your flowers, so a refund is not possible. Write anyway: I can usually deliver to another Warsaw address, on the next Saturday, or hand the bunch to someone else.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, and I start them within 14 days at the latest, usually the same day. Banks and card issuers can take several more days to show the money.
10. If something is wrong with the flowers
I am responsible for the bunch matching this description and being fresh when handed over, under chapter 5a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. Because flowers are perishable, the quicker you tell me the better I can fix it: write on the delivery day, or by the next day at the latest, with a photo of the problem.
If the bunch arrived damaged, wilted, short of stems or otherwise not as described, you can choose between a replacement on the next Saturday and a refund of that delivery; if only part of the bunch is affected, a proportional refund. I do not accept returns of the flowers themselves, because there is nothing I can do with them after delivery.
A formal complaint can be sent to info.flowerloverclub@gmail.com or by post to the address in section 1. Please include the order date or the confirmation email, a description of the problem, photos if you have them and what you expect. I reply within 14 days; if I do not, the complaint is treated as accepted.
Nothing here limits the rights you have under Polish consumer law. If you run a business but ordered for a non-professional purpose, the consumer provisions apply to you as well.
11. Disputes and governing law
If we disagree, talk to me first; almost everything can be settled in one conversation. If that does not help, you have out-of-court options:
- Mediation or the permanent consumer arbitration court at the Mazovian Voivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection in Warsaw (wiih.org.pl).
- Free advice from the Warsaw municipal consumer ombudsman (konsument.um.warszawa.pl) or from the consumer helpline run for the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl).
These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of that country. Court disputes go to the court competent under general rules.
12. Personal data
How I handle your personal data, including who else sees it and for how long, is described in the Privacy Policy. It is part of these Terms.
13. Content of the site
The texts, photos, videos and the Flower Lover Club name and mark are mine or used with permission. You are welcome to share links and screenshots; please do not copy the content for your own commercial use without asking.
14. Changes to these Terms
I can change these Terms when the law, the prices, the payment methods or the way I deliver change. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading; earlier versions are available on request.
A one-off order is governed by the Terms in force when you paid. If a change affects an active subscription, I email you at least 14 days before it takes effect; you can stop the subscription before then at no cost. Continuing after that date means you accept the new Terms.
